This is a trade fair with a difference. An open and friendly atmosphere is always a feature at BrauBeviale. The exhibition takes place over three days across nine halls, giving plenty of room to discover new breakthroughs and potential suppliers but with a compact, neat layout that makes it easy to get from one attraction to the next.
Beverage industry specialists are invited from around the world and from across the whole process chain, from logistics solutions to equipment suppliers to packaging manufacturers, to marketing specialists. Just to give you an idea of the size of the event, in 2016, BrauBeviale welcomed nearly 38,000 visitors. For any pub owners or beer makers, it can be the chance to make all the contacts you need in the span of one jam-packed half-week.
An idea storm is brewing
Besides the chance to make connections to some of the finest industry leads, you can put your finger directly on the pulse of the changing culture of craft brewing. There are new tastes to try out at the Craft Drinks Area, with the European Beer Star 2018 awards highlighting some of the most innovative taste-makers in the market, and in-depth discussions and exhibitions like the European MicroBrew Symposium. For anyone who wants to find the perfect taste to suit their brand or who wants to get on top of the latest trend before their competitors, there’s a lot of opportunities to do some valuable research.
The public’s eye on the beverage production world
While BrauBeviale is undoubtedly useful to anyone in or linked to the industry, it can be just as fascinating (and delicious!) experience for any members of the public. The chance to try out exciting new drinks at the Craft Drinks Area isn’t the only part you’ll want to check out, either. Get an inside look on how the industry works with theme pavilions and special shows and get a look at interesting new trends like heirloom tastes at the Heirloom & Terroir Barley and Malt Symposium.
